Application Process

At Darul-Uloom Canada, we receive a high number of applications every year. Each application is carefully reviewed by our Admissions Committee to ensure that every student admitted is well-suited to the academic and spiritual environment of our seminary.

Morning: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM | Afternoon: 2:15 PM – 3:30 PM

Registration Fee: $500 per enrollment

Tuition (Parent Contribution):

$7,200 per year or $600 per month through automatic withdrawal
(Please provide a void cheque for monthly withdrawals.)

Registration Requirements

Admission to Darul-Uloom is based on a combination of the following criteria:

  • Submission of all required documentation
  • Successful completion of the entry test
  • Student interview
  • Past school performance (current report card or transcript and final report card from the previous year)
  • Teacher recommendations from the previous school

Campus Visit

Once your application has been reviewed and an appointment scheduled, applicants and their guardians are invited for a campus tour to experience the environment and facilities of Darul-Uloom firsthand.

Step 1: Applying

To apply to Darul-Uloom, please create an account on our portal and sign up. Once registered, you can submit your application form and medical form directly through the portal.

After your forms are completed and submitted, our team will review them and get in touch with you regarding the next steps.

Step 2: Follow-Up

Once all documentation has been received and reviewed, our admissions team will contact you if any additional information is needed.

Step 3: Interview

After your application and supporting documents have been reviewed, you will receive a letter of invitation for an in-person interview.

The Admissions Committee conducts a personal interview to assess whether the applicant will thrive at Darul-Uloom.

During this visit:

  • The applicant will take an entrance test for the relevant department.
  • The applicant and guardian(s) will receive a guided tour of the campus.

Step 4: Fees / Donation

If the interview and assessment process are successful and the family wishes to proceed with enrollment, a tuition installment plan will be arranged.

The student will then be scheduled to report to his assigned class.

Step 5: Records

Please review the documentation checklist below. Original documents must be provided after final approval.

A permanent student record will be maintained from the date of enrollment

Required Documents:

  • Proof of status in Canada
  • Birth certificate
  • Health card
  • Immunization record
  • (If applicable) Medical record or analysis
  • (If applicable) Prescription for medicine

Re-Enrollment for Current Students

Current students must complete a re-enrollment form for the following academic year to confirm continued enrollment.

Current students will need to fill out a re-enrollment form for the following academic year.
